After graduating with a 1st class (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Portsmouth, Clare secured a training contract with BKL Weeks Green. In November 1998 Clare qualified as a Chartered Accountant with first time passes. Clare is now a fellow of the ICAEW. Since qualification, Clare decided her abilities were best suited to working in a business and have held several roles as a Financial Controller. Clare has worked in various sectors including, leisure, tourism, fresh produce and now IT. Clare has always managed small teams and has taken a hands-on approach. Clare also has a history of implementing structures and procedures to give robust financial information, allowing a business to grow and team members to develop.
Stuart designs and presents training programmes, courses and resources at Rosslyn. He is responsible for internal and external training; delivering internal staff training from induction to product range awareness and delivering client product training (either onsite or via remote/online means). Included in his role is the management of the online Rosslyn Academy and a SharePoint based Training & Resource Portal.
On leaving school, he served in the British Army for twelve years before becoming a Police Officer, where for the majority of his service he was a Traffic Patrol Officer specialising in advanced level Accident Investigation. On retiring from the Police Service, he re-trained and qualified as a qualifications
Stuart is a highly qualified and experienced Advanced Motorist and enjoys ‘Driving fast, but safely. He takes safe driving very seriously’. He is a keen golfer, but most of his spare time when not driving or playing golf is devoted to his family, which includes six grandchildren.
Following a 15 year career in Procurement across multiple categories, Nadia decided to use her experience to support clients by moving into esourcing and consulting, working with both UK-based and global businesses.
Nadia’s extensive procurement knowledge includes cost reduction, eAuctions, supplier relationship management, category management and sourcing strategies.
Having moved into data analytics, Nadia, as our Client Director, uses her combined skills to deliver significant value and insights to our clients and leads a team of exceptional customer success managers.
Laben had been working with Rosslyn Data Technologies more than 6 Years and has more than 10 Years technical experiences in implementing Data warehousing project for many clients on the Microsoft Azure platform.
He has technical expertise in Data extraction SAP, Oracle, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Sage, other accounting ERP systems. Expertise in Data warehousing design principles using Kimball methodology, and holds a Master degree in Data warehousing and data mining(merit).
Astrid is a positive, enthusiastic and dedicated procurement and project management professional with seventeen years’ experience in procurement systems development and implementation within greenfield and step-change procurement organisations, including large media companies, global outsourcing services organisations, international airlines and software companies.
Astrid enjoys the challenge of projects, forming concepts and ideas to implement new solutions to improve working practices and procedures. A highly organised, extremely self-disciplined individual, with strong analytical skills. Works well as part of a team and approaches new challenges in a confident and logical manner.
Mathew has worked at Rosslyn, previously Integritie for over 7 years now.
His role as Support manager sees him upholding our companies customer relations and ensuring we provide a world-class service, backed by ITIL practices.
The remainder of Mathew's responsibility is providing an extensive focus on our core technologies internally for our Staff, UK Offices and remote workers both in the UK and US.
Mathew has worked extensively with IBM technologies, on-premise infrastructure, Cisco networking and cloud computing technologies such as Azure, VMware and HyperV Clusters.
Prior to Rosslyn, he provided crucial high profile technology and facilities support to clients such as Barclays, The BBC, DeutscheBank, GSK, ISS, and Johnson Controls.
Outside of work, I’m a keen traveller, using photography to fund my travels and used to be a self-employed Wedding Photographer.
Tracey has more than 20 years of marketing and agency experience across a broad range of industries.
She has extensive knowledge in launching B2B and B2C brands, driving product development, and delivering bespoke campaigns across Europe, led marketing teams across direct to consumer, B2B businesses and successfully led a number of Global brand sponsorship projects for large scale clients.
Tracey is also a Google certified practitioner and in her spare time, has a collection of over 400 rare and vintage vinyl records and is currently learning to Paddleboard.
Julie is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has a strong forecasting and operational background in business process outsourcing, consulting and technology organisations. Julie has built her career on providing clear and meaningful management information to help drive businesses forward. Julie combines these skills with her staff leadership skills and passion for employee development into her role.
Julie has a passion for giving employees opportunities to develop themselves to achieve the best they can be. Julie blends her experience of leading internationally focused finance teams and managing corporate CSR initiatives into her employee and community engagement role. Julie has predominantly worked in US multinationals, however she also has experience working with small owner managed companies.
In her free time, Julie is a pro bono mentor as well as a significant fundraiser for various children, cancer and hospice charities, raising in excess of £100,000 over the last 10 years.
